Meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

Present:  Blair, Broughton, DePalma, Marshall, Thurman, Unruh, and Rumball

Also in attendance:  Ken Palka and Charlie Hainstock from Pfeffer, Hanniford & Palka, EBSC coordinator Faye Bindig, Matt Jenkins and Courtney McClerren (DDA), BFD Chief Kwapis, Citizen reporter Shelby Stewart, BTPR Director Fred Waybrant and one other.
