To Establish a Mobile Food Truck Permit and Fees
At a regular meeting of the Groveland Township Board, held on Monday, May 10,2021, Resolution 2021-014 to Establish a Mobile Food Truck Application for a Permit and Fees, was approved by a vote of5 to 0.
The purpose of Resolution 2021-14 is to regulate an Application for a Permit and Fees to operate a Vending Food Truck in Groveland Township.
The application for a permit shall require: Copy of driver’s license (front & Back), Business license, Copy of Oakland County Health Department Food Service License and/or other applicable Health Department license/permit, Attached copy of Liability Insurance Certificate – (Groveland Township must be an additional named insurer and must receive notice of cancellation), Description of convictions, if applicable, Image of the mobile food establishment and generator (if applicable), ID for property ownership or letter of allowed use from property owner. The Permit fees, will be $150 for the first location and $50 for each additional location within the Township.
Resolution #2021-014 shall become effective thirty (30) days after publication as required by law. A copy of the complete Resolution is available for inspection at the Groveland Township Office, 4695 Grange Hall Road, Holly, MI 48442 during regular business hours, phone 248-634-4152.
