Amended as follows:

A. Remove the following phrase from 54-476a(12):

“Business establishment permitted in a planned development shall be retail of service-oriented establishments dealing directly with customers. Any goods produced on the premises shall be sold at retail on the premises.”

This Ordinance shall become effective eight (8) days after being published in a newspaper of general circulation within the Township. This amendment was approved at a regular meeting of the Groveland Township Board of Trustees on January 10, 2022.
