5) Approved quote from Diamond Excavating, LLC for the Village of Ortonville Storm Drain Outlet System not to exceed $325,000.

6) Approved the Resolution Submitting the Question of Initiated Ordinance Permitting Marijuana Establishments to the Village Electors.

7) Adopted Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Budget Adjustments totaling $5,391.66.
