Trustees present:

McClerren, Baker, Skornicka, Eschmann, Dylus

Absent:

Wills, Brice (each absent with notice)

Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m.

1. Approved the agenda as presented.

2. Opened the floor for public comments on agenda items.

3. Discussed the personnel committee’s recommendation of candidate for the position of village clerk.

4. Approved the motion to follow the recommendation to appoint Jenna Lane as village clerk.

5. Meeting adjourned at 6:42 p.m.
