REGULAR MEETING HELD

ON DECEMBER 19, 2016

Members present: T. Onica, K. Vick, A. Moore, B. June, P. Major

Members absent: None

The Board took the following actions:

1) Approved the minutes of the regular meeting dated November 21, 2016 as amended.

2) Received the Treasurer’s report as presented.

3) Honored the warrants and paid the bills as presented.

4) Authorized the Supervisor and Clerk to sign the quit claim deed for 9045 Perry Road.

5) Appointed Robert Dixon, Jana Waters and Tom Sanford and Jim Slade to the Board of Review.

6) Appointed Katie Vick, Tere Onica and Paulette Johnson to the Genesee County Metropolitan Alliance.

7) Adopted poverty exemption guidelines as required.

8) Adopted Resolution #16-12 to authorize CDBG signature cards.

9) Awarded bid for Library tuck point and additional items to Family Construction Company.

10) Directed Supervisor to terminate contract with Civic Plus and enter into a contract with Revize for web site design and management.

11) Adopted the 2017 meeting room calendar as presented.

12) Set the budget workshop meeting schedule as presented.

13) Adopted Ordinance No. 2016-04 2015 Property Maintenance Code.

14) Adopted Ordinance No. 2016-05 Michigan Building & Residential Code.

15) Meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
