Ortonville- After further review by parents and Brandon School District officials, including transportation staff, adjustments are again being made to the Brandon Fletcher Intermediate School schedule. Effective Oct. 16, the doors of BFIS will open at 8:20 a.m., with instruction beginning at 8:40 a.m. Dismissal will be 3:45 p.m. On half-days, dismissal will be 11:40 a.m. School officials say the changes are part of a continuing effort to provide students with a complete day of instruction and ensure they have the opportunity to arrive at school safely and on time.
