Collins Road between Orion Road and West Buell Road in Oakland Township will be closed from May 4 to July 31.
The closure was requested by Toll Brothers company, which will pave the gravel road to provide better access to a subdivision it is developing. During the closure, the detour route will be West Buell Road, Lake George Road, West Gunn Road and Orion Road.
The road will be paved at no cost to the Road Commission for Oakland County.
