Marianne Sherrod and Michael Ohlert were married on September 8 at Five Points Church in Auburn Hills. The reception was held at The Lafayette Grand in Pontiac.
Maid of Honor was the bride’s sister, Kristina Sherrod. Best Man was Trevin Robinson.
The bride is the daughter of Gerald and Laura Lizzet of Davison and James and Claudine Sherrod of Wixom. Marianne is a 1998 graduate of Brandon High School and is the communications supervisor for STAR EMS in Pontiac.
The groom is the son of Michael and Barbara Ohlert of Almont. Michael is a 2001 graduate of Almont High School and is a paramedic at STAR EMS in Pontiac.
The couple honeymooned at Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and reside in Goodrich.
