Spring sports continued last week, as rosters were finalized, teams were declared and season goals were set.
As if sensing the need for clean fields, even Mother Nature put a hold on the snow, sleet and cold, wafting in unusually warm weather so the athletes could practice outside.
While Michigan weather would cash in the favor during the first round of season games the next week, throwing sleet and freezing rain at the school, the students are simply primed and waiting for their first opponents.
