In addition to gingerbread houses, songs, games, and other Christmas fun, Independence Elementary students in Jodee Blaszkowski’s second-grade class spent some of their holiday party last Thursday stuffing stockings for children in need at Lighthouse.
They filled 24 stockings with candy, books, and other gifts, all donated by the students and their families.
