Wow to Christmas in the Village 2007! On behalf of the Ortonville Chamber of Commerce and the partnership with DDA / Main Street, and to everyone that attended and shared their time, creative talent and abilities, a big thank you to all.
This event takes a large ensemble of civic groups, local businesses, and volunteers working together to make this special, magical day happen.
A special thanks to our local businesses that donated so very much. A large acknowledgement of kudos to the Christmas in the Village Committee: Pam Belding, Santa’s Gift Shop vendor director; Susan Nassar, new programs; Mary Dorda, merchant decorating and merchant coordinator; Tim Dibble, DDA board representative and problem solver; Dean Salley, Old Mill representative, and Sandy Willet. They shared hours of their time, talent, and ingenuity.
Merry Christmas to everyone’I’m so very proud to be a part of such a fine community. Thanks for coming out and we look forward to kicking off your holiday season again in 2008!!
