For the remainder of the 2010-2011 school year, Ginopolis will receive a daily rate of $582.18. Beginning in the 2011-2012 school year, Ginopolis will receive a salary of $151,366, and as least as much in 2011-2012, unless, according to contact language, ‘the general financial condition of the district worsens, causing a general salary/wage decrease to other employees. In that case, ‘the superintendent’s salary shall similarly be reduced.?
