Three Brandon Township women were arraigned April 3 at 52-2 District Court in Clarkston on charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and felonious assault.
According to police reports, Jennifer White, 23, Kristen Gallus, 20, and Vanessa Smith, 18, were involved in an attack on a 21-year-old woman on March 24 in the Clarkston Lakes Mobile Home Park.
The victim stated she had been called by a female juvenile neighbor twice that evening, inquiring when she would be home. When the victim arrived home, she saw the juvenile, and stated she was ambushed by White and another woman, hit in the back of the head and kicked several times, and sprayed with pepper spray in her face, burning her eyes and face.
Petitions have also been presented against two juveniles in the case.
A preliminary examination for White, Gallus and Smith is set for 1:30 p.m., April 12, at 52-2 District Court in Clarkston in front of Judge Kelley Kostin.
