Interior demolition will be starting soon at Union Church, and the township is looking for volunteers.
Orion trustees approved a request from the Union Church Governing Board to begin the demolition, with the conditions that no dumpster will be in the alley (alley must be kept clear of debris/vehicles and usable at all times), and excluding the demolition of the north wall leading to the north exterior door and staircase.
Volunteers will be asked to sign in before they work, and will be asked to sign waivers for the township at the Union Church site.
