Who put holes in the pool?

The Oakland County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call of property damage on Buckhorn Drive on Feb. 15, after a man said someone had put a hole in his pool.
According to an OCSD report, a 44-year-old heard a crash sound around 2 p.m., and went outside to investigate. He saw his pool cover was lying down inside the pool, and that the pool was losing water, coming from the bottom.
The man said he thought a neighbor may be responsible, but can’t prove it. He thinks the neighbor did the same thing to his pool two years ago, when he found several holes in the pool, which he fixed.
The man said he used to be in business with a neighbor, and when the business dissolved the neighbor was not happy. He said he planned to have security cameras installed.
The OCSD deputy found a hole in the bottom of the pool, where water was draining out and into the lake. He believes the hole was made by some object forced into the pool shell.
