The Women’s Commission For Oakland County will meet Wednesday, Nov. 5, 4 p.m., in the Oakland County Board of Commissioners? Auditorium, 1200 North Telegraph Road in Pontiac.
Topic will be Mental Health Parity, looking at discrimination, restrictions and limitations on coverage for mental health care. The guest presenter will be Executive Director and Director of Professional Affairs for the Michigan Psychological Association, Dr. Judith Kovach. She chairs the Steering Committee of the Michigan Partners for Mental Health Parity, a coalition of more than 80 organizations and businesses.
