Tryouts for Clarkston Riverdawg Travel Baseball are this and next weekends.
Saturdays, Aug. 7 and 14, tryouts for teams, 9-, 10-, 11-, and 12-year-olds, are 9-11 a.m. Tryouts for teams, 13-, 14-, and 15-16 year-old, are 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., all at Clintonwood Park.
Rain dates are Aug. 8 and 15. Age determined as of April 30, 2011. Cost to tryout is $10, to be paid before trying out. For more information, check www.riverdawgs.org.

The 2011 14/U BC Hawks travel baseball team, primarily comprised of players from northern Oakland County, is looking for experienced Federation baseball players to round out the 2011 season roster.
The team plays in the North Oakland Baseball Federation in approximately six tournaments throughout the season. Open try-outs are Aug. 14-15. Call Coach Greg at 248-830-9655 before Aug. 14 for details.
