Independence Township resident Michael D. Zalobsky has been elected as a principal of Harness, Dickey & Pierce, P.L.C., a national intellectual property law firm. Mr. Zalobsky received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and his Juris Doctor from Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University. Mr. Zalobsky’s practice includes the preparation and prosecution of utility and design patent applications, the preparation of legal opinions regarding patent validity and infringement, the preparation of intellectual property agreements, and counseling clients in intellectual property matters.
