Clarkston Community Schools Board of Education approved a $71 million budget for the 2012-2013 fiscal year on Monday night with a 4-3 vote. The 2011-2012 budget was $73.7 million.
The board also approved contracts for Superintendent Dr. Rod Rock, bus drivers, building secretaries and paraeducators on Monday. All four motions passed with a 7-0 vote.
