Brandon Twp. — The Lady Blackhawks tallied a season high points on Feb. 25 but still came up short falling to the visiting New Standard Academy Spartans 58-57.
Ella Rizzo stepped up with a solid performance with a double-double with 21 points and ten boards, eight steals, five assists and two blocks. Teammate Jaden Williamson neared a second double-double with 20 points and nine boards. Blackhawk Maddison Heverly stayed on the glass adding 10 points, and a team lead of 20 boards, two blocks and three assists. Kelsey Willamson scored two points, tallied seven rebounds, three assists and two steals.
