Lisa Sokol has officially been hired as the new director for the Orion Senior Center.
Sokol had served as interim director while center director Marylou Enneking was on medical leave. Enneking recently resigned the position.
Sokol will be paid a starting salary of $40,000 per year, for 40 hours per week of full-time work, with a start date of Sept. 22.
