Oxford Middle School student Jillian Walker plays her trumpet during the sixth-grade band class? first ever concert Jan. 26 at the OHS Performing Arts Center. Around 150 beginning band students demonstrated what they’ve learned before a packed audience of proud parents, siblings and friends.
