A decision on Comcast’s plan to move PEG channels to a digital range was expected last week in a Macomb County Circuit Court.
Instead, however, the case was moved to U.S. District Court in Detroit, where a court date is yet to be set.
As previously profiled in The Review, the move would require Comcast subscribers with analog televisions to rent or buy digital converter boxes. The company has offered free converter boxes for one year.
