“All the lifters did a great job,” Coach Tony Ceccacci said. “Lifters who didn’t set a school record set new personal bests in most of their events. It was a great meet.”
On Saturday, Feb. 22, the Blackhawk powerlifters participated in the Michigan High School Powerlifting Association regionals at Carmen-Ainsworth High School, however, no scores were available by press time.
The Hawks will be holding a BHS lift-a-thon in the high school weight room on Wednesday Mar. 5, for any interested people.
