Stone Haven Ministries, 11710 Davisburg Road, offers a blessing of the animals, 1-3 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 4.
Cats, dogs, iguanas, hamsters, turtles, chickens, and other animals will be prayed over individually and given a St. Francis medallion by Rev. Karen Price, pastor of Stone Haven.
There is no charge for this event; however, contributions will be given to Adopt-a-pet in Fenton.
All animals should arrive on a leash or in a cage. No aggressive animals ? they can be represented with a photo or stuffed animal.
