Chuck White of Clarkston performs A Journey of Life Through Music, 10:30 a.m., May 12, at Oakland Town Hall, St. George Cultural Center.
His songs are about loved ones, Sept. 11, Hurricane Katrina, troops overseas, and other life topics. White was born in Pontiac and owns a creative business in Bloomfield Hills, employing more than 30 people.
He has been married for 23 years and has a 20 year old daughter at Western Michigan University and a 15 year old son at Clarkston High School.
