Members of the Oxford High School hockey team took a break last week from skating circles around their opponents to visit with the senior citizens living at Independence Village of Waterstone.
While at the Oxford Township retirement community, the hockey team played a variety of board, card and dice games with the seniors. They also chatted about their respective lives and ate delicious coney dogs together.
It was a fun opportunity for two generations to get to know each other better.
