‘When I first started my business, there were no stop lights in the area. The community has been growing ever since,? said Walt Renn of Horton-Renn Insurance.
He has lived in Ortonville on and off for more than 30 years and feels the agency finds the best products and coverages for their clients.

Dresback has been in the insurance business since high school and is now an agent.
‘I really enjoy helping people understand insurance and save them money,? she said. ‘I like sales and I like to work with people. I think I fit very well in this profession.?
Although insurance rates have increased, Horton-Renn still feels they are very competitive.

‘I feel that since I’ve been in the same location for 23 years, that has made a difference, too,? said Renn.
Renn is a member and past president of the Ortonville Area Chamber of Commerce and a past member of the former Brandon Township Fire Board for nine and a half years.
‘We will maintain our growth and continue to serve this area,? said Renn.
