Over the past two weeks, Lake Orion’s girls varsity soccer team has posted two wins and two ties, with victories over Oxford and Troy and draws versus Clarkston and Bloomfield.?
The Lady Dragons? OAA White league record stands at 4-2-4.?
The Bloomfield match was a showdown of two of the best three teams in the OAA White.
The Dragons dominated play for much of the match but the Bloomfield defense and goalkeeper made several key stops to keep the Dragons at bay.
Madz Ham netted Lake Orion’s only goal.
The ladies? regular season is winding down with three big games this week at home versus Rochester on Tuesday and Stoney Creek on Saturday, with a road contest against Berkley on Thursday.
They wrap up the season schedule against Fenton before the district playoffs start on’May 26.
