CALL TO ORDER at 7:00 p.m.

1) Approved the Agenda

2) Approved the Regular Meeting Minutes of March 28, 2022

3) Approved Disbursements for $20,602.89

4) Approved the Consent Agenda

5) Approved option A from Diamond Excavating LLC in the amount of $129,045.00 for the Crossman Park Storm Drain Project Phase II repaving

6) Approved scheduling two budget workshops for May 9th at 7 p.m. and June 13th at 6 p.m.

7) Approved the creation of a granite time capsule for $10,500.

8) Postponed the DPW Storage Shed to the next regularly scheduled meeting.

9) Approved the bid of Diamond Excavating, LLC for

$205,260.00 to complete the Mill Street Project.
