A busy Labor Day

Clarkston’s busy with several activities this Labor Day. Clarkston First Congregational Church, 5449 Clarkston Road hosts its Labor Day Fair and Car Show, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., with about 100 cars and trucks of all types. Call 248-394-0200.
Clarkston’s Labor Day Parade, sponsored by the Clarkston Rotary Club, kicks off at 10 a.m., Church Street to Main Street, north through downtown Clarkston to Miller Road. This year’s parade theme will be ‘Michigan Automobiles ? Back to the Classics.?
Biggby Coffee offers a free brewed coffee, hot or iced, the week after Labor Day, Tuesday-Friday, Sept. 8-11, in honor of the fall season.
