Addison Township officials recently voted 5-2 to maintain last year’s 3 percent millage cut for all the millages except police.
Trustee Ed Brakefield proposed the continued millage cut for economic reasons.
‘I know things are tight in the budget, but with the economy the way it is, people need any help we can give them,? Brakefield said. ‘It’s the least we could do and the most we can do at this time.?
