Addison couple competes in Indiana Senior Games

Addison residents Laurence and Candice O’Dess traveled south last month to participate in the 2010 Indiana Senior Games in Hamilton County.
The couple, both of whom are 66 years old, competed in the Badminton Mixed Double event. Laurence also competed in the Badminton Singles.
Unfortunately, neither of them took home any medals.
The Indiana Senior Games, presented by St. Vincent, encourages both the physical and mental health of senior athletes through competition and is dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles for adults ages 50 and older through education, fitness and sport.
This year 480 athletes participated in the games.
