Members of the Orion Art Center were outside tending the garden on Monday, May 18. But while they were looking to make the outside beautiful for summer, they are also looking forward to the ‘Dragon on the Lake? celebration in September.
For it, they will need a drawn logo of a Dragon. They are currently looking for submissions from students in the Lake Orion district. A dragon must be part of the logo. Logo must be suitable for public use and viewing.
Art should be on an 8? by 11 white unlined sheet. Bright colors are encouraged- please submit original artwork, not a copy. Electronic jpeg entries should have name, age, school, address and phone numbers in the body of the email. The deadline is 3 p.m. Thursday, May 28. The winner will be announced June 2. They will receive a $100 prize and get their picture right here in The Review. ~~JTC
