A 22-year-old Oxford man was arraigned Tuesday in Rochester Hills 52-3 District Court on one felony count of attempted unarmed robbery. On Monday night, Danny C. Potter and another individual allegedly assaulted a 25-year-old Addison man in the parking lot of Collier Lanes in an alleged attempt to steal his wallet. The victim escaped his attackers and identified Potter by name to Oakland County Sheriff’s deputies, who later arrested him at his Washington St. apartment. Previously convicted of a drug-related felony charge, Potter was paroled in Sept. 2004. He’s being lodged in county jail on a $40,000 bond.
