After a long winter, Bob Medlock was happy to take his ’71 Chevy Chevelle SS out for a spin. “I just got it out of the garage and I’m out cruising,” said Medlock, last Friday. He just installed a 720-horsepower 572 motor and wanted to put a few miles on the car before he takes it to Grand Nationals in Illinois in May.
