Those who enjoy the type of ‘football? that routinely packs stadiums throughout Europe and South America will be happy to know the Oxford boys varsity soccer team is back for another season of action.
Watch the boys in white this week as they take on Avondale High School at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9. It’s a home game so head on over to the soccer stadium (i.e. the old football field) behind Oxford Elementary School on Pontiac Street.
