Love was in the air at Daniel Axford Elementary Feb. 12 and so was high-fashion as first-graders in teachers Jessica Keesling and Danielle Collins? classes held ‘fancy? Valentine’s Day parties.
The boys dressed in jackets, dress shirts and ties, while the girls gussied up with pretty dresses, feather boas and long gloves.
Valentines were exchanged, faces were painted and ice cream parfaits (that’s fancy talk for sundaes) were served.
