Lake Orion’s Courtney Zanni and Oxford’s Brian Hernandez aren’t just dancers at L.A. Dance, located in Lake Orion, but are also Hall of Fame National Dance winners.
The pair won the age 9-12 category in the Duet Showcase at the Hall of Fame National Dance Competition held in Chicage earlier this summer.
The pair is pictured at right with L.A. Dance owner and instructor Laura Berger.
Also making a strong showing for L.A. Dance were vocalists Devin Compton, of Lapeer, and Laureen Zakrin, of Rochester. They competed at the OnStage New York National Competition in New York City.
L.A. Dance, besides offering dancing and singing classes, also features musical theatre, gymnastics and cheer classes.
