The Lake Orion High School Thespian Society presents Bye Bye Birdie on April 6-8, at 7:30 p.m. (the matinee scheduled for April 9 has been cancelled). Performances are at the LOHS Performing Arts Center Auditorium, and tickets are $12 for adults and $9 for students and seniors. Bye Bye Birdie, originally starring Dick Van Dyke, revolves around rock and roll superstar Conrad Birdie, and the complications that arise when his agent stages a publicity stunt on The Ed Sullivan Show.
