With baskets at the ready, kids
gathered for an egg hunt in Davisburg
on Friday. When Springfield Township
Parks and Recreation Director Jennifer
Tucker blew the horn, eager hunters
sprang into action, racing to find every
colorful egg.
Once their baskets were full of
treasures, they spent some time with the
4H Rabbit Club in the Hart Community
Center. From floppy ears to spots and
cottony tails, children felt the soft fur of a
variety of bunnies. The biggest one of all
was the Easter Bunny, of course, who was
on hand to wish every child a ‘Hoppy
Easter!?
