Equestrian team establishes scholarship fund

When the Brandon High School Equestrian Team lost team member Tiffany Lambiris to a tragic car accident, they wanted to do something to honor her memory.
The six member team established a memorial scholarship to benefit the future of equestrian participants.
In February 2004, equestrian team members and friends Elizabeth Ash and Tiffany Lambiris were in a tragic car accident after hitting a patch of ice on Seymour Lake Road. Ash was paralyzed and Lambiris lost her life.
Team coach Kathy Stockley said the team wanted to do something to remember Tiffany and established the Tiffany Lambiris Memorial Scholarship Fund.
The money raised will be awarded, each year, to Brandon High School graduating seniors who are members of the equestrian team and plan to pursue a college education.
Anyone wishing to make a donation can do so by sending a check made out to the Tiffany Lambiris Memorial Scholarship Fund and mail to:
