Fashion show highlights spring/summer clothes from Brazil to local designer

Elegant moms and their trendy girls made a big splash in downtown Oxford Saturday afternoon during a special show held at Ella Fashion.
Dressed in fresh, colorful, chic clothing, the ladies and little ladies modeled a wide variety of spring and summer fashions before an audience of eager shoppers.
While the women modeled clothing available at Ella Fashion’s 24 S. Washington St. boutique, the girls showed off a new line called ‘Little Lotti Clothing,? created by Brandie Pahl, an Oxford resident since the third grade.
‘Right now, it’s just for little girls 6 months to 6 years old,? said the 1998 Oxford High graduate. ‘I got the idea about a year ago and this my first step out.?
Little Lotti Clothing offers beautiful, storybook-inspired, classic, vintage clothing with a whimsical, romantic twist.
Although she studied musical theater, Pahl couldn’t resist the lure of entering the fashion world.
‘I’ve loved fashion since I was a little girl, so I decided to give it a try and see what I could do with my own line of things,? she said. ‘I’m working on a fall collection right now. It will debut in July.?
