Oxford/Orion FISH, a non-profit, non-denominational organization serving the needy of the Oxford, Orion, and Addison areas, is looking for immediate help.
For those with a few hours (particularly between 9:15 a.m. and 2 p.m.), two or three days a month, FISH is looking for an Office Volunteer. They register fifteen new clients each month for food or financial assistance.
Volunteers would be trained to answer the phone, refer callers to agencies available in the community or schedule them for emergency food or financial help from FISH.
For more information, call (248)693-0638.
