Lake Orion Football will hold its ‘Green and White Night,? on August 11, starting at 5:30 at Dragon Stadium.
The community event features inter-squad scrimmages of the 2006 Dragon football teams. The Freshmen play at 5:30 p.m., followed by the JV at 6:30 p.m., and the Varsity at 7:30.
Families are encouraged to gather in the stands and watch the scrimmages and to use this time to take pictures of the players.
Admission to the event is free this year, and proceeds from the concession stand sales will benefit the Lake Orion Youth Football League.
A raffle for Lake Orion teddy bears will also be held during each of the three games, and ‘vintage? dragon football jerseys will be sold.
Custom Threads will also be on hand selling Dragon gear for the 2006 football season.
