Golfers are invited to compete in Friday’s SCAMP Golf Classic, White Lake Oaks Golf Course.
“We’ll have people who golf every day, people who are out to have a good time,” said Donna Clancy, executive director of SCAMP fundraising. “It’s a good group of people, totally committed to supporting SCAMP. Iit will be a good, fun day.”
Registration for the four-person, 18-hole golf scarmble, and full buffet breakfast, will be 7:45-8:45 a.m. Shotgun start is 9 a.m.
Entry fee, $125, also includes lunch from the grill, awards reception with open bar and hors d’oeuvres, and prizes for men, women, and mixed foursomes, special events, and door gifts.
Clarkston SCAMP serves more than 300 children with special needs each summer. The golf classic, atWhite Lake Oaks, 991 Williams Lake Road, has supported the program for 21 years. For more information, call Clancy at 248-620-1882.
