Goodrich ? In response to residents? requests, the Goodrich branch of the Genesee District Library is expanding its hours.
Beginning in early February, the library will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays, bringing the number of service hours up to 48 instead of 40, said Valerie McNiff, executive director of the Genesee District Library.
The library’s request for expanded hours was met with all ayes at the Jan. 12 meeting of the Goodrich Village Council.
