Help S.O.C.K.S.

Independence Elementary students are gearing up for the Eighth Annual S.O.C.K.S day.
They are collecting donations of travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, wipes, as well as toothpaste, liquid body wash, razors, small hair brushes, washcloths and clean gently-used toys for Grace Centers of Hope. Items can be dropped off until March 21.
The S.O.C.K.S program is a school-wide Academic Service Learning Project. It gives all Independence Elementary students, from Kindergarten to fifth grade, an opportunity to reach out and make a difference in the community.
