Clarkston High School Team RUSH is planning this year’s Holiday Lights Parade, ‘Holidays in Motion,? 6 p.m., Dec. 11.
Community groups and organizations are invited to participate. Parade rules include:
? No imposter Santa or Mrs. Clause in the parade;
? Candy must be handed out, no throwing;
? Entries with horses must provide their own cleaning crew; and
? Clean up after yourself.
